SHIPPING
Orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday), except for national holidays, local holidays and special delivery requests.
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier tracking number to track your shipment. We remind you that it may take up to 24 hours from the moment the email is sent before the package can be traced.

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY
UPS is the courier for shipments made in Italy.
The order is delivered within 2-4 working days depending on Standard or Express shipping. € 10,00 will be charged for Standard shipping on orders under € 200,00. € 24,00 will be charged for Express shipping.
SHIPMENTS IN EUROPE:
UPS is the courier for shipments made in Europe.
The order is delivered within 2-5 working days depending on Standard or Express delivery. Standard delivery requires payment of
- € 10,00 for orders under € 200,00 for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Vatican City, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxemburg, Principality of Monaco, the Netherlands-Holland, Poland, Portugal, UK, Check Republic, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden, Hungary.
Standard shipping is free for orders > € 200,00.
- € 19,00 for orders under € 200,00 for the following countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania.

- For other European Countries not named in the list below, it is only possible Express shipping within 2-3 working days (excluding customs clearance) at a cost that is directly added to the cart. For such Countries, Express delivery is free for orders > € 400,00.

The shipping address of your order must match the site of the country where the order was placed. Orders placed in a country other than the shipping address will be automatically cancelled.
At the time of delivery of products, check that the packaging is intact, and not damaged or altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or mismatch of the number of packages or indications present must be immediately communicated by a specific indication on the delivery document of the product, to be returned to the courier. Any problems related to physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
In case of refusal of shipment or any non-delivery due to reasons not attributable to the Seller (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient, non-compliance with customs procedures, etc.), an amount will be withheld to cover the following expenses: round-trip shipment, duties and customs costs.

Shipments to destinations outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are exclusively at the expense of the recipient, who must pay the amount due to the shipper or competent authorities.
