We accept credit cards of the Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, Mastercard and Maestro circuits, and we also accept Paypal payments. If payment is made by credit card or Paypal, the amount will only be debited at the time of shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs are calculated in the checkout step relating to the destination and shipping method Express or Standard.
Can I return items purchased online?
The return procedure can be accessed within 30 days of reception of the goods ordered.

Where is my order?
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier tracking number to track your shipment. We remind you that it may take up to 24 hours from the moment the email is sent before the package can be traced. Orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday), except for national holidays, local holidays and special delivery requests.
